Panhandle Community Services- hereby Panhandle Transit ITS Gives notice of public policy to Assure full compliance with title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes. Title VI requires That no person in the United States of America on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin, be excluded from the Participate in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under Otherwise any program or activity for Which Panhandle Transit Receives Federal financial assistance.

Any person WHO Believes They Have Been Against discriminated under Title VI have the right to file a formal complaint to Within 180 days of the Alleged discrimination. Individuals and Organizations May file a complaint With the Federal Transit Administration's Office of Civil Rights by Obtaining the compliant from the FTA website at: http://www.fta.dot.gov/documents/TitleVICompliantform.doc
