Panhandle Community Services has been staying actively apprised of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. PCS will be taking pre-cautionary measures based on information provided by State and Local officials. The PCS Management team will work to provide you factual updates, as they are available.

The following measures will be effective March 23, 2020:

All PCS Lobbies will be closed to the General Public.

Scheduled appointments will continue with the following conditions:
Individuals with appointments will wait in their vehicle until called upon by a staff member.
Individuals meeting with Staff will be limited to1 person per family
Individuals currently experiencing any illness or have been ill in the previous 10 days will not be allowed to visit with staff inperson.

Returning Required Paperwork – PCS will use a drive-up/drop-off system. Items will be placed in a basket and carried inside by PCS employees to make copies, originals will be returned to client.

Designated Drop-boxes will be available at all PCS Centers

All restrooms will be closed to the public.
