If you are in need of health insurance our certified Healthcare Navigators can assist you in understanding and applying for Marketplace Health Insurance, Medicaid, or CHIP. Navigator services are free and help families or individuals see what options are available and best for their situation.
Plans cover Annual Check-Ups, Hospitalizations, Prescription Drugs, Doctor Visits, Specialists, Emergency Care and More. 

Open Enrollment (November 1st to January 15th)

A specific time each year when individuals can sign up for, change, or renew their health insurance plan. It's a window where you can adjust your current plan or enroll in a new one if needed through the health insurance marketplace.

Special Enrollment (January 16th – October 31st)

Need a life-changing circumstance to qualify.

Marriage, divorce or legal separation, new baby, adopting a child, recently moved.

Losing existing health insurance, including Medicaid/CHIP

Costs

Plan costs depend on your income, household, location and age. Four out of five participants pay less than $10 a month to have health insurance.

Do you Need Other Types of Assistance? 

Requesting other assistance through programs PCS offers can be done through the button below. (i.e. utility assistance, housing...) Documents that are required include (1) birth certificates for all household members, (2) IDs for everyone in your home over the age of 18, and (3) the last 30 days of all household income. Gather your documents, then click the button below. Paper applications are available by going to the service center closest to you. Find the address HERE. Filling out an application is not a guarantee of services. A Specialist will contact you once the documents are uploaded and submitted. This process may take 30 days or more.
